The visitor of the website (hereinafter: user) agrees to the terms of use stated below. When placing an order in the online store, the company expressly informs the buyer of the products (hereinafter: buyer) about the entire text of the General Terms and Conditions of the RDA online store (hereinafter: general terms). It is considered that the buyer is acquainted with the general terms and fully agrees to them upon placing the order.
We reserve the right to change the content on the website, including the terms below, without prior notice. Changes to the terms of business will be available at any time on the website; users and buyers will not be specifically notified about them. The General Terms and Conditions of Business in the RDA online store are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), based on the recommendations of the GZS and international codes for e-commerce.

The merchant undertakes to always provide the user with:
- data on the identity of the merchant,
- contact details enabling the user to communicate quickly and efficiently with the merchant (email address, telephone, etc.),
- information on the essential characteristics of the products or services from the offer of the online store, including after-sales services and warranties,
- information on the availability of products or services from the offer of the online store,
- method and conditions of delivery of products or execution of services, especially the place and time of delivery,
- information on the method of payment,
- data on the validity period of the offer from the online store,
- information on the deadline within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal,

Pricing Policy
Prices of products are expressed in euros and include VAT. RDA d.o.o.. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price of the product does not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout when placing an order. Delivery of parcels is subject to the conditions of the distributing company.
Discount Codes
In case RDA d.o.o. occasionally offers its customers or followers on social networks codes with which customers can benefit from a discount of a certain value, the code must be added before completing the purchase. If the code is successfully added, the discount is deducted immediately. Adding a code after placing an order is not possible.
Discount codes are time-limited and may apply only to a specific product or group of products. Unless expressly stated otherwise, codes do not apply to discounted items. The discount is not payable in cash.
Payment Method
The buyer can pay for the order in the following ways:
- Payment via UPN order (bank transfer).
At the end of the order, the buyer will be presented with payment details. The buyer must settle the full amount into the seller's transaction account. Upon receipt of payment, the deadline for delivery of the products begins.
- Payment by credit or debit card
If you choose to pay by credit card, enter the required bank card details and proceed with the payment. The payment is visible immediately and after placing the order, the deadline for delivery of the products also begins.
- Payment by direct debit
When choosing payment by direct debit, enter the required details of your bank account and confirm the payment. Payment is processed during the bank's business hours. The payment is considered immediate, and the deadline for delivery of the products also begins.
Ordering Process for Products
Placing an order is associated with the obligation to pay and is considered a conclusion of a sales contract. By placing the order, the buyer expressly consents to the commencement of the contract during the withdrawal period.
The order is placed in three steps:
- The buyer adds the product to the cart, where the quantity and price are displayed. In the cart, the buyer can change the quantity of ordered products or remove them from the cart.
- The buyer proceeds to checkout, where they enter their details, choose the payment method, verify that the ordered products are correct and in the right quantity, confirm their agreement with the terms of business, and complete the order.
- By clicking on "Buy Now," the buyer agrees to pay for the ordered products. In the case of payment via TRR, the buyer is shown order details and payment information. In the case of payment via direct debit, the amount is automatically transferred from the buyer's bank account to the seller's bank account.
Before placing an order, the buyer must review the entered information and ensure its accuracy.
Order Status
Order Received – Awaiting Bank Transfer: If the buyer has chosen bank transfer as the payment method, they will receive an email to the provided email address confirming the order with payment details, a summary of the order, and a contract confirmation. Once the seller receives the funds, the order enters the processing phase.
In Process: When the order is paid directly by credit card or direct debit, the customer receives an email notification that their order is in the processing phase.
Order Shipped: After completing the order processing and handing over the shipment to the postal courier, the customer receives a notification that the shipment has been dispatched.
Invoice Issuance
At the conclusion of the order, the company issues an invoice to the buyer, which is sent to the buyer's email provided when placing the order.
The buyer is obliged to verify the correctness of the data before placing the order. Any errors on the invoice must be reported to the seller within three days of receipt.
Delivery by Post of Slovenia Delivery Service
Products will be dispatched to your address within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment. During periods of increased workload for delivery services, the delivery time may be extended. All material responsibilities are transferred to the delivery service after the shipment is handed over, in accordance with their general business conditions.
Right of Withdrawal and Termination of Contract
The seller has the right to cancel the order if confirmation of the purchase is not obtained from the buyer by phone or email. The seller is obliged to inform the buyer about the cancellation of the contract by email or phone. If the buyer has not provided correct personal data, the seller is not obliged to inform them.
The Seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from any failure or delay in performance of an obligation which may be caused by an event or circumstance beyond the Seller's control.
The buyer can cancel the order at no additional cost until they receive an email notification that the order has been dispatched. The cancellation of the order can be submitted to the email address info@rda.si.
In contracts concluded at a distance or outside business premises, the consumer has the right to inform the company within 14 days that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state a reason for their decision. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer physically takes possession of the goods or the day on which a third party other than the carrier and designated by the consumer takes possession of the goods.
Unless otherwise agreed between the contracting parties, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract under the previous paragraph in these contracts: for goods made according to the consumer's exact instructions and adapted to their personal needs, therefore personalized.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must unequivocally inform the company by email of their decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the consumer to send notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires from this contract. The consumer bears only the costs of returning the goods in connection with exercising the right of withdrawal. In the email, you must provide the name and surname of the buyer, address, and order number.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If you have received incorrect or damaged goods, you can return them within the statutory period of 30 days from receipt of the goods. The goods must be unused, packaged in the original packaging, and undamaged or in the condition it was in when it was handed over to you. The goods are returned to the company's address. When returning, it is necessary to state the order or invoice number. The seller covers the cost of return. Resending of replaced products is not charged. If you notice any defects in the delivered products, you must notify the seller within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Protection of Personal Data and Data Processing
The administrator of the online store is committed to protecting the personal data of its users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1-UPB1).
